“Tracy was incredibly patient with our two shy cats, even coaxing them to play most days – something we doubted would be possible for a stranger. She brought them lots of new and interesting toys to help break the ice and keep them entertained while we were away. Each day she sent a detailed update with really great photos of our cats. I know she probably gets lots of practice, but really, some of the photos were very impressive.”
